DENUMU Terms of sales

Denumu (“we,” “us” or “our”) registered at Polígono Industrial La Loba 4, 21208 Cortelazor, Huelva, Spain, with business registration number Y5397537A is in charge of both the operation of the denumu.com website (“Site”), and of the placement of orders on denumu.com. 

In this Terms of Sale, we provide you with the information on how we supply any Denumu product listed on the Denumu website to you. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing any order. By ordering any Denumu product you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

Furthermore, you should also review our Terms of Use as it sets out the important information on which terms of use we apply when using our denumu.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

DENUMU products

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. If we are unable to process or execute your order, we shall contact you to:

  • (1) notify you that we are unable to fulfil the order; or
  • (2) offer you an equivalent product which you may decide to accept or reject.

In case we are unable to fulfil the order or you reject our offer for an alternative product we shall have no further liability to you unless we have already taken payment for the product in which we shall refund all payments already taken from your for the relevant product. 

Using the DENUMU online store

To order any product click on “Add to Cart” to add your product to your Cart (or Shopping Basket). Once you have finished placing the Products in your cart, click on the Cart icon. Click on the button Checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order.

After placing an order, you will receive a notification by email from us acknowledging that we received your order. As soon as we receive your payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to confirm your payment. 

Price and payment

  • (1) the price of any product will be as quoted in the Denumu shop, except in cases of obvious error.
  • (2) these prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total amount at the end of your order.
  • (3) prices for all products are subject to change, but these changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an order confirmation.
  • (4) Before sending your order payment for all products must have been made. We are not obligated to deliver any product until we have received payment from you.

Product delivery

We accept orders on the Site from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

Upon payment confirmation, your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in a delivery confirmation email.

In case you have chosen to have your order delivered at home or at any other direction than our shop direction (located at Polígono Industrial La Loba 4, 21208 Cortelazor, Spain), your order will be sent by courier. 

Return  and refund policy

In case you want to cancel your order you must do this within 14 days by sending us an email to design@denumu.com. In case you already received the product you shall send back the product or hand them over to us in his original state as you received, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated to us your cancellation. 

If you cancel the order in accordance with these cancellation rights, we will reimburse you the price of the product (including VAT) that you wish to cancel and delivery costs, but not the returning costs made by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you the product supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the product, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is the earliest.

If you wish to return a product to us because you claim that the product is defective, you must inform us by email (design@denumu.com) upon delivery. You are required to return the product to us, at your own costs, to the return address we provide and in accordance with the instructions we give you. We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund by email within one week. If your complaint is funded, we will give you the following options:

  • (1) get a refund of the payment of your product. In this case, we will refund all costs including product price and delivery costs, or
  • (2) choose another product from our shop, with a price equivalent to the defective product. In this case, we will refund you the delivery costs as equivalent to the costs made by you to return the defective product.

 All reimbursement will be made by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Warranty

Denumu products are covered by a one-year limited warranty. This warranty coverage is applicable to manufacturing defects and workmanship. If a product is found defective Denumu will either repair or replace the item but please note that shipping costs made by you will not be refunded.

We highly recommend you to read the care instructions send with each product, and our general tips about wood care given on our Site (https://denumu.com/wood-care/).

Not covered under this warranty:

  • (1) damage to any product form intentional or accidental means abuse, alteration or use of the product for purposes other than it was intended;
  • (2) normal everyday use;
  • (3) splitting, checking, cracking or any kind of other malformation due to inadequate cleaning or treating of the product.
  • (4) damage due to putting the product in a dishwasher, or exposure to extreme heat, cold, open flame, or extensively amount of water.
  • (5) malformations or cracking due to storage of the product in an excessively damp or humid environment.

To claim any rights under this warranty, the original invoice received at the time of purchase of the Denumu product must be presented to Denumu.
